  • DESCRIPTION

    The Avenues Khobar is a state of art iconic high-quality shopping mall, comprises retail units, hypermarkets, restaurants, food & beverage, cinemas, and sports facilities extends over an area of 197,000 m2.
     
    The Project Includes a Mall with an approx. build area of 710,000 m2 BUA, watertight shell construction of a District Cooling Plant (DCP) Building and a Mixed-use Tower referred to as Canopy Tower “T2” of approx. 27,000 m2 BUA.
     
    The Mall primarily consists of three levels of Retail (Lower ground, Ground and Level 01) areas located over two Basement levels.  It includes The Gardens, Grand Avenue, The Souk, The Plaza, The Mall, Town Square, Urban Walk & FEC Entertainment Block. 
     
    The Canopy Tower extends 23 levels above ground, also contains three levels below ground, being Lower Ground floor, Basement 1 and Basement 2 levels.
     
    The Avenues Khobar is located at the north-western corner of the intersection of King Saud Road with Prince Sultan Road in AL Khobar City. Shomoul Asharqiah Development & Investment Co. is expected to meet all the international standards of architecture and engineering practices, and conforms to the local regulation and in line with the company requirement of design goals, quality, time and cost.
     
    The Project consists of package No. 2 which is the main contractor package, in addition to the nominated subcontractor packages.
     
    The Project activities include; Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, construction, handling, hauling, unloading & receiving, installation, assembly and testing for Shomoul Asharqiah Development & Investment Co. as follows:
